By accessing and using Ovnix ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

To use Ovnix, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

3. User Account

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Restrictions

You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination of all accounts.

4. Earning Points

4.1 Point System

Points are earned by completing various tasks, including:

  • Watching videos and advertisements
  • Completing surveys and offers
  • Installing and trying apps
  • Daily check-ins
  • Referring friends

4.2 Point Conversion

Points are converted to USD at a rate of 1000 points = $1.00 USD. This rate is subject to change with prior notice.

4.3 Point Validity

Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. However, we reserve the right to remove points obtained through fraudulent means.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is 800 points ($0.80 USD).

5.2 Payment Methods

We support the following payment methods:

  • Binance Pay
  • FaucetPay
  • cWallet

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Users may submit up to 3 withdrawal requests per day. All withdrawals are subject to admin approval.

5.4 Processing Time

Withdrawals are typically processed within 1-7 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method.

5.5 Withdrawal Fees

We do not charge withdrawal fees. However, third-party payment processors may charge their own fees.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to complete tasks
  • Create multiple accounts to earn more points
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Attempt to manipulate or exploit the point system
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
  • Access or attempt to access other users' accounts

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 Our Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms and Conditions
  • We suspect fraudulent activity
  • You engage in prohibited activities
  • Required by law

7.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any accumulated points. Pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

8. Referral Program

8.1 Referral Rewards

You can earn 10% of your referrals' earnings. Referral rewards are credited automatically when your referrals complete tasks.

8.2 Referral Restrictions

Self-referrals and fake referrals are prohibited and may result in account termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Ovnix and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accuracy or reliability of information
  • Availability of specific tasks or offers
  • Specific earnings or results

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ovnix shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or opportunities
  • Damages arising from third-party services
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you earned in the past 30 days

12. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.

13. Advertising

We display advertisements through Google AdMob and other ad networks. By using the App, you consent to viewing advertisements.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiations
  • Mediation (if negotiations fail)
  • Arbitration or legal proceedings (as a last resort)

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
